Passion, Compassion, Community: Following a Leading–Running for Elected Office

On site only (no zoom). Several joined us for the last service in our summer worship series on “Passion, Compassion, Community” with CVUUS’ Laura Asermily who reflected on her experiences running for Middlebury Selectboard. Assisted by Pam Berenbaum. They read Wild Geese by Mary Oliver and The Call by Oriah Mountain Dreamer. We shared our offering with ACORN Food Hub which hosts the novel Farmacy Program providing healthy food as medicine to low income Vermonters.

Children at Summer Worship: Children are welcome to stay in worship sitting with family members or at our activity table, use our nursery (unstaffed), or accompany a volunteer to Fenn House for a fun activity. This Sunday they can play “Last Hurrah of Summer” games with Julia Santerre assisted by Rev. Christina.

Stay for Social Hour in the Ann Ross Fellowship Hall! Find the sign up sheet to help with future ones. Put out what we have on hand in our kitchen.
