Gratitude: A Shift in Consciousness

SET CLOCKS BACK ONE HOUR. Onsite & Zoom. Join us as we introduce November’s spiritual focus on nurturing gratitude.

Sharing Our Donation Plate: Food & Housing Crisis Local Providers Due to the impending food crisis caused by the non-renewal of SNAP benefits, a loss of an average of $200/person/month for so many people across the state and nation. CVUUS would like to support our local food pantries (CVOEO’s Feeding Champlain Valley and HOPE food shelves in Middlebury, Bristol’s Have a Heart and Vergennes Community Food Shelf, Charles Ave Community Cupboard) as well as Charter House Coalition serving daily take-out meals and Green Mountain Justice’s coat/sleeping bag project. “Share the plate” donations collected in Nov will be divided among these providers.

Children are welcome to stay in worship sitting with family members or at our activity table or use our nursery (staffed by caregivers upon request) or leave after Time for All Ages with adults for religious exploration programming in Fenn House. Families can meet with Religious Exploration Coordinator Julia Santerre after worship to inquire on the 25-26 RE program underway. RE OWL 4-5 continues its sessions starting at 9:30 am.

Stay for Social Hour in the Ann Ross Fellowship Hall! Find the sign up sheet to help with future ones. Put out what we have on hand in our kitchen.

Followed by Ministerial Search Team Open Input session in Blue Room ~11:45-12:30
